Pressure Testing Equipment IPSL Use
High Flow & High-Pressure Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic pressure test pumps with capacity up to to 300 L/min of water and pressures ranging to 3500kPa. Specialised design and construction, pump isolation valves, overpressure relief valves and digital data logging.
Hydrostatic Over Pressurisation System
Designed to halt pumping and pressure increases at a preset point. This protects valuable plant and equipment from overpressure.
Digital Gauges & Calibration Equipment

Pressure Reducing Regulators
Pressure reducing regulators are installed at the start of a system. They precisely regulate from a higher supply pressure at the inlet, to a reduced pressure at the downstream outlet.
Back Pressure Regulators
These work in the opposite way to pressure reducing regulators. These regulators precisely regulate upstream pressure. They do this by allowing only enough pressure needed to hold back upstream inlet pressure.
Water Meters
Designed to measure flow rates and static pressure, our onsite water meters provide detailed unit meter readings. Flow rate data acquired is then used in a vital statistics report provided to engineers.
Water Delivery
Purpose-built stainless steel tanker (11.5m3) used exclusively for supplying clean fresh water.
